On July 29, 2 withdrawals were approved - one for $2500- bonus ($2260) and a second for $1000. I received the $2260 last week and haven’t yet received the $1000.
I also have another approved withdrawal for $1275 that should be paid out soon. Can you check on that please and make sure that one won’t get held up, as well?

I'm not certain what happened with this, as it appears the withdrawal was split (the Payments agent clearly made an error). The first part of the payment was was issued to your wallet, yesterday: 8/15 Paid $975 (0.04045472) + $25 Service Fee BTC for transaction #197579601.
The remaining balance of your withdrawal will be issued later today. Once I have the transaction details, I'll be back with another update.
