I'm very sorry this took so long, but as previously stated, this was a fairly complicated issue.
I've sent you (and copied AskGamblers management) an email detailing payments, over-payments and refunds on your account. In two instances you were overpaid what should have been issued and in another instance, you were paid on a withdrawal which never should have been paid at all.
