Failure to Pay Withdrawals

For months now I have been getting the runaround from customer service on getting paid on my withdrawals. At first, there was only a few for a few hundred dollars each. When I asked via chat the status only then was I asked to submit documentation which I did immediately of course. Then I won more money and combined withdrawals into a bigger amount. When I inquired next they said I didn't submit a signed authorization form which I had before. So I submitted that again. I happened to have good luck and won more and asked again since my very first withdrawal is supposed to be an Express Wire. I got the runaround again and was told no documentation was there. So again I submitted everything. Last week, inquired once more and said I didn't have documentation in place. Over and over and over I feel like I have been scammed out of my money and am helpless with them being in Costa Rica. At this time, and again I combined them so I didn't have too many, three withdrawals that I am told I can't get paid for. They are #12470120 for $1,275.00, #12480093 for $350.00 and #12494789 for $150.00. That is $1,775.00 that I fairly won by buying numerous bonuses and playing through them to get the withdrawal. I can't, for the life of me, believe how I am being treated by them by stonewalling any effort to get paid. I have complied with every request for the documents and get told over and over they don't have them. I will not put another dime in the casino even though I enjoy it because I fear I am out all of my money. I love this site and the incredible work you do to assist people in my situation and hope some good can come out of this. At least, if nothing more, it will sway potential customers away from a place that will happily take your deposit on the probability you will lose but God forbid you are lucky enough to win and have to go through this to try to get a dime. Thank you for your site and your efforts on my behalf

Dear all,

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Planet 7 Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions. The player unfortunately breached the term #9, by their actions.

9. Redeeming Multiple Promotions: You may not mix or combine promotions or bonuses. If multiple bonuses are mixed, your casino winnings may be removed at the time of withdrawal. Please be sure to use only one bonus at a time. Unless otherwise indicated by the Casino, you cannot redeem additional coupons if you have a withdrawal pending or if you have an existing balance.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

Hi Frank--

I'll repeat once again that the funds being mixed had ZERO to do with your cancelling withdrawals. I've copied my previous reply which explained this clearly:

"On May 13th (6:16 casino time), you redeemed a coupon for free spins. At that time, you had only $.14 in your casino account. You played the spins, and when completed (6:20), you had achieved a balance of $6.11. Immediately following (6:20, as well), you redeemed your comp points (40,000 = $400). You built your withdrawal based upon the free spins coupled with the comp point redemption--this is absolutely mixing funds."

AskGamblers--you should have the evidence in your mailbox.

Please note that I do not accept the explanation rendered by Planet 7 regarding the mixed funds. When I had numerous pending withdrawals with them and months went by without payment I did cancel and combine a few in hopes of getting paid sooner. If that is what they refer to as mixed funds that I contend the system should not allow you to do so as it is a setup to take your money. There is nothing on the system that prohibits this. Both withdrawals were accepted so combining any mix should not be an issue. Actually, the partial money I was paid was the results of this too. So I ask that you keep this complaint unresolved so that other potential customers of Planet 7 can see the pitfalls and manipulation that awaits them as customers. Thanks.
