Failure to Pay Withdrawals
For months now I have been getting the runaround from customer service on getting paid on my withdrawals. At first, there was only a few for a few hundred dollars each. When I asked via chat the status only then was I asked to submit documentation which I did immediately of course. Then I won more money and combined withdrawals into a bigger amount. When I inquired next they said I didn't submit a signed authorization form which I had before. So I submitted that again. I happened to have good luck and won more and asked again since my very first withdrawal is supposed to be an Express Wire. I got the runaround again and was told no documentation was there. So again I submitted everything. Last week, inquired once more and said I didn't have documentation in place. Over and over and over I feel like I have been scammed out of my money and am helpless with them being in Costa Rica. At this time, and again I combined them so I didn't have too many, three withdrawals that I am told I can't get paid for. They are #12470120 for $1,275.00, #12480093 for $350.00 and #12494789 for $150.00. That is $1,775.00 that I fairly won by buying numerous bonuses and playing through them to get the withdrawal. I can't, for the life of me, believe how I am being treated by them by stonewalling any effort to get paid. I have complied with every request for the documents and get told over and over they don't have them. I will not put another dime in the casino even though I enjoy it because I fear I am out all of my money. I love this site and the incredible work you do to assist people in my situation and hope some good can come out of this. At least, if nothing more, it will sway potential customers away from a place that will happily take your deposit on the probability you will lose but God forbid you are lucky enough to win and have to go through this to try to get a dime.
