Extremely delayed payment


I've now been fully verified. Asked of my account was in good standing before making a withdraw request and they confirmed. I waited the 7 business days and sent them a messaged asking for a status update. They told me to check back in 48 hours. This is the 3 time I've been told to check back in 48 hours and still wont give me a reason for the delay. Would love to keep using this casino but not if I cant receive my withdraws.

I did receive withdraw today to my bitcoin. Thanks for your assistance and thanks to Tawni for taking care of this so quickly.

I have received a email from Tawni on 11/03/2019 @ 3:20 pm asking for my preferred payment method. (bitcoin being an option)

I replied with my bitcoin address on 11/03/2019 @ 3:56 pm

Tawni did send me an email back on 11/03/2019 @ 10:24 pm stating she will update on here when my payment is sent.

i did see that my payment request is no longer showing up on their site so i'm assuming its in the works. will update when i receive it or further emails. Thanks
