Extremely Delayed Payment

I have played at Planet 7 for several years. I have won money, and they have always paid me within their 20 day time frame. In May 2019, I was told by a VIP representative that I was now being upgraded to a "master" because of the amount of money I won. Their max withdrawal was $2500, which they reduced to $1250 at a time because of my "master" rating. I quit playing because of the delayed time in getting money that I had rightfully won. On August 15, 2019, they approved the final withdrawal of $2500. (minus a $20 wire transfer fee). I have been in touch with their support department via "chat" (because they disconnected their phone lines) and I get a different story from each chat person as to why I haven't received my withdrawal, which they continue to say they have sent. I even sent them all my bank transactions from 8/15/19 through 9/16/19 to prove to them I hadn't received the money. I still haven't received the withdrawal and keep getting their usual runaround. I would like some resolution to this as soon as possible. Their chat room staff are absolutely useless. Please help.

Tawni--Thanks for your help--you know it's really funny that the day after I submitted my complaint to you that the money finally appeared in my checking account. I thank you for your assistance, however, my parting shot at Planet 7 is that due to my being mistreated (as a "master" player because I win) I will no longer play at Planet 7, nor will I recommend to any of my friends to use Planet 7. I am playing at another casino, have won 3 times, and have my money in less than 5 working days. This complaint is resolved.

Hi Terry--

I've checked on your account and I do see that the wire was sent to our processor, in August: 8/15 Paid $2480 + $20 Service Fee for transaction #138090649. This was confirmed as completed by our processor, September 23rd. To be honest, I have no idea why it took so long for the processor to complete this (it should never take this long). By now, however, you should have received the funds in your account.

Please confirm if the funds have arrived.
