Excuses and run around for delayed payment
Hello Askgamblers,
I requested a bitcoin withdrawal from Planet 7 on October 21st, in the amount of $600.00. My account balance went from $600.00 to 0 immediately and I was given a message that stated an email was sent to me confirming my request. I never received said email. Instead I have spent everyday since contacting their live support or sending emails that aren’t responded to asking for my winnings. Like many other casinos they requested verification documents some of the required files were a bit extensive in my opinion but still I complied with their request.
I was told I would have to be verified and then I was given the runaround with some representatives who would state that I had been and others who would provide me with very frustrating information stating that my documents had not yet been received. After several days of this it finally became clear that I had been verified and now I would need to send those same documents and my bitcoin address to yet another department for verification purposes. I am not sure why or what they are verifying as the cashier had no issues taking my funds prior to any of this process.
I went through the same thing once again with the representatives. Finally after several days I was told my request was approved but it would be another 7-10 days, and to make matters even worse I received an email stating that’s bitcoin payments might take longer and would I please provide the casino with all my banking information plus my city and country of birth ..... perhaps I am paranoid but the amount of personal things that is being asked of me tends to raise red flags under most circumstances? Why not ask for my personal identification number too?
This has gone way too far first of all my bank doesn’t accept wire transfers and even if they did this was not what was agreed on. I just want my money that I won Im not certain what the casinos intentions are but this is beyond ridiculous I feel like I’m in more of a nightmare than a celebration. Please do the honorable thing and pay what you owe, you’ve already taken my funds.
