Excessive Withdrawal Delays
I have 2 pending withdrawals (4/20 & 4/26) totalling $5,000. Despite repeated follow up attempts and "escalation" via live chat, these withdrawal requests are still listed as "pending" and have not otherwise been approved to be sent to their payment processor. They have failed to adhere to their own terms, which read in relevant part, "all withdrawal requests will be reviewed within 7 business days from the date of the request.".
I respectfully request that these requests are promptly approved and the monies timely remitted.
