Excessive wait times to approve withdrawals


Hello AskGamblers,

I currently have 4 withdrawals that I would like some help receiving.

The first withdrawal request was made on the 9th of November, transaction #3779846 for $2500.

I have 2 withdrawal requests made on the 21th of November, transaction #3810565 and #3810621 both for $2500 each.

And another withdrawal request made on the 24th of November, transaction #3817314 for $2500.

As stated in planet 7s terms of service withdrawals will be processed in 7-10 business days.

After waiting over 10 buisness days from my first withdrawal request I contacted planet 7s live chat support on the 21st of November, to which I was told my withdrawal request from the 9th of November will be processed in 5 buisness days (i have a screenshot of the live chat conversation)

I contacted planet 7s live chat support once again on the 9th of December because my initial withdrawal request had not been processed within the time frame I was given.

During this conversation customer support acknowledged that i currently have 4 pending withdrawals for the sum of $10,000 dating all the way back to the 9th of November, I was told my request would be forwarded to the relevant team so that my payments could be sent out as soon as possible. (I also have a screenshot from this live chat)

As of today the 15th of December no progress has been made and all 4 of my withdrawal requests are still pending.

Please help me resolve this matter, every time I have reached out to planet 7 I have been told my request has been passed on but no progress has been made and this is taking way to long.

Unfortunately, processing is heavily affected by the holidays and things slow down to a near halt. I do expect your wire to reach your account this week. As soon as I see the confirmation that the wire has been completed, I'll be sure to let you know.
