Excessive delays to approve withdrawals

I am writing in today regarding some withdrawal requests i have made with Planet 7 casino.
In Planet 7's terms and conditions regarding withdrawals, it states that requests need to be approved before they are processed and that this process will take up to 7 buisness days. As these withdrawal requests were made over 7 days ago, i am reaching out to Askgamblers for some help conacting Panet 7 casino regarding these withdrawals.
the (4) withdrawals in question are;
request id# 3855951 for $2500 made on the 10th of December
request id# 3865627 for $2500 made on the 13th of December
request id# 3865631 for $ 2500 made on the 13th of December
request id# 3865632 for $2500 made on the 13th of December
I have verified all of my bank details and have made withdrawals in the past, to the same bank account. I have spoken to the live chat support team on Planet 7s website regarding the Longer then usual wait times for these requests to be assessed, during this conversation i was told that my inquiry would be passed on to the relevant department and processed straight away.
Since speaking to live support, no progress has been made regarding my withdrawal requests. As a result of this, I am asking for help from Askgamblers to hopefully get these withdrawals processed.
