Payment issue
I used to love playing at this casino- always had awesome service that was friendly and helpful, I Have already had a couple of payouts which only took about a week to hit my account until this last one. Its been over a month now since i requested my payout- it took nearly 3 weeks to approve (no valid reason, I emailed multiple times and got very unhelpful responses). Have since been told the payment has been sent, its been 13 days since they "apparently" sent it. When I asked for a payment or reference number so my bank can look into it they refused to provide me with it and told me they just checked the status of the payment and I will receive it soon. If a bank transfer has been made (which was my withdrawal method) there's no way to just look up the status of it and there's also no way to know I "will receive it soon". I don't believe that the payment has been made at all and they are holding the funds. Have spent so much money here will not be depositing again.
