Payment issue


I used to love playing at this casino- always had awesome service that was friendly and helpful, I Have already had a couple of payouts which only took about a week to hit my account until this last one. Its been over a month now since i requested my payout- it took nearly 3 weeks to approve (no valid reason, I emailed multiple times and got very unhelpful responses). Have since been told the payment has been sent, its been 13 days since they "apparently" sent it. When I asked for a payment or reference number so my bank can look into it they refused to provide me with it and told me they just checked the status of the payment and I will receive it soon. If a bank transfer has been made (which was my withdrawal method) there's no way to just look up the status of it and there's also no way to know I "will receive it soon". I don't believe that the payment has been made at all and they are holding the funds. Have spent so much money here will not be depositing again.

I've reviewed your account and I do see your payment was already sent to our processor: 6/19 Paid AUD $1100 + AUD $20 Service Fee for transaction #28370038. With this in mind, I would expect you'll find the funds in your account, later this week.
