Document verification issues


After submitting my ID several times the casino is refusing to accept it stating they require drivers license or passport. As my license is disqualified I cannot provide A current one, only my expired license which has the relevant details anyway. I understand they cannot accept expired license, but I provided it due to the details being current and also to show that my proof of age card is another valid photo ID in Australia. This is issued by same government department in Australia and is the only other form of photo ID accepted and issued for those without a drivers license or passport that not all of us have, need or can afford. There is no other photo ID issued that is accepted and 100 points verification in Australia therefore how can it not be accepted, if the casino allows australian players then this should be recognized as equal importance to drivers license. I am unsure how to attach the documents to this email, but have emailed them explaining the same above and have directly chat with them several times, but keep getting the same reply to email and explain, so I am getting nowhere with them and feel this is ridiculous as I am providing the documents required and more as even sent my proof of age card with the letter sent to me from government motor and vehicle registration just to further prove its issued by them. The card also bears the same holographic emblem on the card that proves it is authentic and government issued so again I am not seeing why there is an issue accepting this, I have used this same ID to verify myself on other online casinos without any issues. Some help with this would be greatly appreciated thank-you

Finally- Ok thats great news thankyou kindly. So Does this mean that my ID is verified, so if I choose to play at planet 7 casino I can withdraw without issue in future or is that incorrect? Just so I know where I stand & if I will play with Planet 7 again, I would like to be confident that this is not a recurring issue-like at all, would be great just to be sure. I appreciate the assistance from yourself & ASKGAMBLERS for assisting with resolving this issue - thank-you to all again.
