This is 3rd time now I think I’ve had to do this, but when I go to withdrawal they ask for documents to verify, which btw I have done at least 7/8x in past… Well this time they’ve asked me twice this week to email them the documents, and when I do, I don’t even get a reply. Been going on close to a month since I first attempted this withdrawal btw.

I received your documents on the 7th (the day you posted this) and when I went to note your account, you had already played your funds to zero (this was done on the 7th, as well).
At this time, there are no withdrawals to be approved or paid.

I apologize for the frustration you've been experiencing with this.
I've reviewed your account and I do see that there are a few bits we are missing from your documents package:
• Copies of your Visa ending #8898 (front and back)
• A copy of the BACK of your ID
• A current utility bill that is in your name, sent to the address we have on file for you.
I've attached my email address--please send these documents directly to me. As soon as I receive everything, I'll arrange for your withdrawal to be paid without delays.
