Denied withdrawal no email notification


I have been pending a withdrawal, but to my surprise when I went to play more while I waited on my pending withdrawal, it was put back into my balance. No. NotificationEmail Mail was sent to me. I submitted all the documents that I could submit card note bill bank statement, and I am still pending. I’ve sent it twice. please help me with retrieving my winnings. I deposit all the time and never win now that I finally won. It is so difficult to just receive my winnings.
