Denied Fair Winnings

I originally requested my withdrawal after meeting all playthrough requirements. This casino will not allow you to request a withdrawal if it wasn't met. Due to reading reviews, I decided to check at least every couple of days. I was given a different excuse every day. I was told they didn't have the correct pay info. My bank primarily declined so I then requested the withdrawal through Bitcoin. I was told it was approved but I had to wait the 7-10 days. Today was day 16 and now I'm being told my playthrough was not met and after speaking with a representative I now show that the withdrawal has been declined. Just one day prior to the 17-day mark. After meeting all requirements and winning fair and square I'd like my payout as requested. I've attached screenshots of some of my communications with planet 7 and all the different responses.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Planet 7 Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

I see where your team decided to split the request into two withdrawals then after declining your own request changed it to a manager withdrawal and did not pay it out. I played and won. Apparently this won't be paid out after winning fairly on my end amd meeting all playthrough requirements. I just won't be playing with your platform anymore. It's sad also the customer service you and your team provide with very condescending remarks to your players. Your program won't even allow a withdrawal to be made with bonuses nor will it allow you to play two coupons at the same time. Bottom line is you won't be paying out, I see that so this complaint is closed and unresolved period.
