Hi, I have pending withdrawals in the amounts of $2500 and $1500 with them. It hasn't been an excessively long time yet on either, but I am having an extremely hard time collecting from one of their sister casinos (over 3 months), so I'm assuming the worst with Planet 7 as well, so I wanted to be as proactive as possible with them. They have already begun giving me the standard "it's been escalated" excuses. Thank you so much for your help.

just an update, I get the first withdrawal of $2500, less the bonus that was used. Still waiting on the other $1500. it's been about 3 weeks so far.
