Delaying payment,no communication, misleading information
I submitted winnings in the amount of $5,000 back in May of 2019. It has been Well over the approval time, in which I spoke to several customer service operators via phone,email,and online, was told that there is no problem with my withdrawal and it will be escalated, to confuse things a bit more they put the $5000 back into the casino account, I then tried to withdraw and contact the support via phone and via email , no luck with the online chat either, just getting lead in circles.
The casino said that the first payment was approved for the first $2,500, via a wire transfer on 25/5/2019 and also the second.
Every time I chat with customer service, They also keep saying the supervisors will address the issue and yet I have still not been contacted by anyone. They said they only do one payment at a time. Their terms say that it should only take 7 to 10 days for approval then another 7 to 10 days for payment. Obviously that isn’t the case. They are over a month late from their terms and nothing. I can provide all the chats,screen shots and Emails of my winnings if needed. Please help. Thank you.
