Delaying My Withdrawal
I have made a withdrawal on the 20/10/2020, the amount being for $700, I was told that it could take 7-10 business days by an operator. Which I thought was odd due to the company terms and conditions , Approval of Withdrawals
All withdrawal requests must first be reviewed and approved by the Casino before being sent for payment.
All withdrawal requests will be reviewed within 3 to 5 days from the date of the request. Ineligible request will be denied within that time frame.
Eligible withdrawal requests will be approved 7 business days after the request date. A maximum of ($)2,500 will be approved per pay period.
Payment will be made in 7 to 10 business days after approval. A maximum of ($)2,500 will be sent per week. All balances will be sent the following week(s). This amount may vary due to processor limitations.
Please be aware since this is an international transaction, your bank and/or other banks involved may charge additional currency conversion and processing fees.
I thought I would ask if someone in management would look at my withdrawal and contact me as to why this is taking so long as I have been verified. I asked for this on the 31/10/2020. I have not had any one contact me as to the delay, so I have contacted the company again via online chat to be told I would have to wait a further 5 business days to here anything as to what is happening. I am finding this whole process stressful and not genuine, I am just getting a run a round. For some reason the company believes that my escalation has brought them a further 5 business to even get back to me , not to even finalize the withdrawal. I need help please.
