Delaying my $2,500 ACH withdrawal

I spoke with Jonathan Q with Planet 7's Customer Service, simply requesting my $2,500 ACH withdrawal to be processed within their terms and conditions. I simply continue to receive emails requesting documents that have already been submitted. Jonathan Q advised he had "escalated" my case with the documents team who would contact me within the next 24 hours. Again, ANOTHER, delay......Process my ACH deposit today.
