Delaying my cashout
Have contacted them several times through live chat. Emails do not get responses. Everyone has been kind but the run around I get about processing and escalated request is crazy. I am told to wait it’s being escalated. I have been told it will be updated in 24 hrs and I have been told in 3 business days. It seems like I am being told whatever just to get by another few days. I called the 1800 number and it is automated. It will not allow you to speak with anyone. I have asked for a supervisor and was denied that. Can someone please help? I even had to send my bank information twice. I really hope my information is not being used for fraudulent actions. I just want my winnings I was promised. They took my money as fast as they could with no month processing.
