Delayed withdrawal request from Planet 7 Casino
On 7/13/24 I submitted a withdrawal request online using Planet 7's cashier. At that time I was directed to an outside company to vet my identity and validate the card I had used for my initial "real money" cash deposit to my account. I successfully completed the vetting process at that time. I was informed that my withdrawal request would take anywhere from 7 to 10 business days to be approved before sending it to the payment processor.
When I checked on the status of my withdrawal request on 7/30/24 (12 business days since my initial request, I was asked to answer a series of questions which was provided by an rep from their online chat and is attached to this complaint included such sensitive information as my name, address, bank routing account number and bank swift code also asked was my place of birth. I email the answers to the list of questions as well as my current phone bill to <email address removed>. I was told I would receive a confirmation number when I submitted anything of which has never happened with any of the numerous documents I have submitted.
On 7/31/24 I was again asked to provide the bank info where I wanted the wire transfer to be sent to, again I complied.
On 8/2/24 I received an email from Ele at the following email address <email address removed> requesting my user name and which casino I played at and a bank statement. I again complied with providing my user name and the casino name but informed her that due to my regular bank not accepting international transfers I had opened a checking account with a bank that did. I went on to inform her that since the account was new I had not yet received a bank statement and offered to send a screenshot of my account transactions as a temporary document until I could obtain a account statement which would not be ready for a few days. She replied that I would have to submit an actual statement to proceed.
On 8/3/24 Antonio responded from the email address that I needed to provide my banks international routing numberwhich I did.
On 8/6/24 I was informed that I needed to submit my utility bill and bank statement. I explained that I had already submitted my utility bill previously and again explained why my account Was new and there was not a statement available yet to provide but that I would submit it as soon as it became available. <content removed>
On 8/8/24 I was finally able to submit a statement (I emailed it to <email address removed>) for the account but later that day I received the following response from Planet 7:
"Good Day < first name removed >
thank you for your email
After reviewing your bank statement at the moment we are unable to update bank wire information.
Please send updated bank statement.
With regards <full name removed> Finance Agent"
Please help me to get my winnings and stop this constant now you need this scene from continuing. . Please help!
