Delayed withdrawal for $2000


Initially requested withdrawal on 27/4/2021 for $2000 and was declined on 14/5/2021, which i later found out the reason being was that I hadn't sent a bank statement ( that was never asked for). So I sent that off and requested withdrawal again on 14/5/2021. Have spoke to several Casinos reps, been escalated numerous times, but haven't heard anything back.

I apologize for the difficulties you've been experiencing with this.

I'm pleased to tell you that your payment was sent to our processor, last week: 6/9 Paid AUD $1605 + $20 Service Fee for transaction #36314773. I would expect the funds will reach your account within the next couple days.

Regarding the shortfall from your requested amount, this is because you received a bonus. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.
