Delayed Withdrawal


Hello!

Thank you in advance for your help here as it is greatly appreciated. I have a Withdrawal delayed that I really need your help with.

I have been playing at Planet 7 for over a year and have successfully withdrawn winnings many, many times. Up until early January I had been a member of their highest VIP level (VIP 5), and now I’m considered an “Advanced Skills” player, which precludes me from further using the majority of their promotions and benefits. My $1400 pending withdrawal is the result of using the last monthly VIP bonus I received called THANKYOUVIP700 that provides $700 to play with, requiring 20x playthrough, which I successfully completed. Max cash out is 2x, hence the $1400 withdrawal. The withdrawal request was submitted on January 1st of this year and was supposed to be reviewed by them within 7 business days, however today is January 17th and no action has been taken. I have attached screenshots showing the transaction history of me claiming this bonus and submitting it for withdrawal, a screenshot of the withdrawal request itself, a screenshot of the terms and conditions pertaining to the amount of time a withdrawal request should be reviewed (within 7 business days), and screenshots of my conversation with a representative last Tuesday, January 11, showing me requesting the withdrawal be escalated for review given the 7 business days requirement had passed. Please let me know if you need anything further and I will be happy to oblige. Thanks again for your help here - I feel extremely fortunate for your service!
