Delayed verification and $5,000 payments
On May 10th, 2019 I had requested a withdrawal in the amount of $2500. A few days later I requested another withdrawal in the amount of $2500. I was told I was missing some documentation and I needed to send it in before they could approve my withdrawals. I sent in what they required. After a week or two with no money received, I inquired about the withdrawals. I was told I was missing documentation, the same documentation that I sent in before. I resent it once more. Needless to say, it was a lot of back and forth on email and online chat. I was then told my withdrawals had been approved, but I need to send in another copy of documentation. I complied. I was told I should see my withdrawals within 7-10 business days and if I need further assistance to contact the online chat. The 7-10 days came and went, online chat would not respond and I left phone messages which were never returned. I took screenshots of the attempts to discuss the issues with online chat where I would ask the question and then they would just ignore me afterwards and a new representative would come on and I would have to go through the entire sequence again.
