Delayed $7,500 Payments

Hello,

On 5/17/20 I submitted documents and security check to withdraw $7500 that I won on Planet 7 online casino. I had long passed any bonus requirements and am owed the full amount (unless they have a fee) I requested it as a wire transfer, but will be more than happy to get a check. I actually had to submit 3 requests as $2500 per request is max. I submitted clear legable documents and followed all rules they outline. I was informed I would hear something from them within 5 business days. I never did. When I contacted them via phone they wanted me to send documents again as they were not readable. I advised they were, and requested to be contacted immedatIy. On 6/8/20 I received an email stating all documents were good and they would contact me within 5 days.

I'm afraid this will not be the happy response you've been hoping for as your payment does not come close to your requested withdrawal amounts...

You built your winnings using the Weekly Cashback bonus (you received $20). Our terms and conditions are quite specific regarding this type of bonus:

WEEKLY CASHBACK

4. Unless specifically stated otherwise, the Weekly Cashback bonus comes with 2 times maximum allowed withdrawal(minimum $100).

With this in mind, your withdrawal was already sent off to our processor: 7/30 Paid $100 + no Service Fee for transaction #157422990. I can see from the tracking that your check was delivered to you, Monday.

I realize this must feel very disappointing--I always hate delivering this sort of news. :-/
