Delayed $400 Payment
I requested express withdrawal of $400 on 24/8/19, i also submitted id documents at this time, i had contacted the casino and was advised withdrawal was approved 5/9/19 and that there was a backlog, untill recently i did not keep chat transcripts as i didnt think anything amiss, when i didnt receive winnings again i made contact to be told to email payments@casinosupportcenter.com to be asked for Wire details once agai, which i provided yet again, this was the third time, when yet again i received no money i emailed again to be told my documents would expire in 5 days and to resend, i am confused as they had, had my documents for only a month, now they wont respond to emails, i again reached out via chat and was told something different about documents and that they would expire in November, i dont see why i am required to resend documents as they were valid when i made request, i believe im being scammed
