My payment (285$) was approved 04/13/2017. My documents and payment requisites were accepted and approved. I hoped to get the payment not later than 10-15 days after the approval of the payment. But I was wrong, 50 days passed and nobody paid out the money. I sent letters to the support service of the casino on this problem, but I didn’t get the answer. I tried to phone but it was unsuccessful.

That’s why, I apply to AskGamblers.com and ask you to help me.

I'm sorry for the difficulties you've experienced with this.

I've checked on your account and I see that documents were holding things up, but all is in order, now. With this, I've gone ahead and sent a note requesting your payment be made, straight away. I would expect this to be sorted out for you within the next 48 hours. I'll be watching your account and I'll come back once I have confirmation that the payment has been made to your Bitcoin account.
