My payment (285$) was approved 04/13/2017. My documents and payment requisites were accepted and approved. I hoped to get the payment not later than 10-15 days after the approval of the payment. But I was wrong, 50 days passed and nobody paid out the money. I sent letters to the support service of the casino on this problem, but I didn’t get the answer. I tried to phone but it was unsuccessful.
