Delayed $24,000 payments and contradictory information
Fairly long time "VIP" player at Planet 7. I've been through their payout process before and understand it can take some time and it can be a cumbersome process.. so I am intending to be understanding and reasonable with my post here. I was lucky enough to get some back to back big wins on slots and have requested 10 separate withdrawals totaling $24k (- bonus amount). I requested them on 4/19. I have spoken with support a handful of times and the VIP line now 4x just trying to get a status. I spoke with Naomi from VIP on Monday 4/13 regarding my approved first withdrawal of $2500 (- bonus deposit amount) and she asked me to call back Wednesday 4/15. She explained on Wednesday she'd be able to send me an email to verify my bank wire info and a sentence stating that my name listed on my account (bank has "M" for my middle initial while my ID has my full middle name) is different than my ID. From there she said she'd be able to process my payment and after that, it should only take a few hours to receive my payment. So I called back Wednesday and sent the email she requested. She replied and confirmed that she submitted for "escalation" and to call back tomorrow (Thursday 4/16) if I did not receive the funds. I did not receive them so I called back. I spoke with someone who placed me on hold for 12 minutes while he reached out to finance. Eventually he came back and said he still had no response from his inquiry. So given that I have 9 more withdrawals pending and this 1st payment is approaching 1 month, I was hoping I could get Tawni, who I've worked with before and has suxcey helped a ton of players on here receive their funds, to assist with this + the other 9 pending requests. Additionally,.I get a different level of information depending on who I speak to (chat/VIP line/the variety of VIP support folks) and I would really appreciate just one straight, honest answer as it relates to updates on my withdrawal. I look forward to a response from Tawni and am prepared to do my part politely and patiently.
