Delayed $2,500 Payment, already seriously concerned

Extremely concerned about slow payment and very little communication, on the 20th of July I requested a Bitcoin withdrawal for the amount of $2500 which is there max withdrawal amount, on the same day I requested the withdrawal I filled out their form from the information given on their site sent in required CC authorization docs and ID photos, CC photos as required. I heard nothing back got no confirmation so via online chat about 7 days after the requested I asked for an update, and was just told it was still being processed and I would hear something soon? The next day I checked my account (they didn't email me) and I saw the deposit was declined and the funds put back in my players account? I went back on online chat and was told they needed additional documentation? (Why not contact me and ask for this upfront instead of just denying the withdrawal). I proceeded the same day as I found our about my denial on August 1st to submit what is now in their eyes I'm sure a new withdrawal request for the same amount, I sent in all previous and new documentation as requested and I am really hoping they process this soon, really don't think its fair to make me sit through another entire processing period since its essentially the same request. Just want me $2500 processed as soon as possible and I'd likely play some more, the site has decent games and a good user interface.

While I understand your frustration, please don't attack me. The reason you came to AskGamblers to begin with was because there was clear confusion relating to your account. I was able to sort through this and your payment has already been sent to our processor: 8/22 Paid $2462 + no Service Fee for transaction #108820775. As you can see, I also had the service fee waived, due to the difficulties you've had with this.

I would expect to see tracking on this towards the middle of the week--as soon as I receive the tracking, I'll be back to update you.
