Delayed $2,006 Withdrawal Approval

I requested originally requested a withdrawal on November 7, 2018 for $1724.78 via Bankwire but cancelled it then left $100 to play with hoping to win a bit extra since I knew the bonus has to be taken off the top. I also sent in updated documents and Authorization Forn since I knew I needed to update my address on file and that I used a new card for deposits. While waiting I did the play with $100 2 more times dropping from original amount of $1724.78 to $1624.78 to $1524.78 and that last time, I won a little more for hitting a mini minor jackpot on one of the slot games. This brought me up to $2206.52 but I requested $2106.52 for withdrawal on the same date November 7, 2018 and kept $100 to play hoping again to win some more. I won a bit more but didn’t cash it out and lost it. So, I said ok no more tonight and decided to just wait on withdrawal but after 2 days, I was told my documents and banking info was outdated and needed to send in new updated documents and banking information and that they had this new way of verifying identity via a 3rd party software/site called hooyu and I had to wait until I got contacted before I could send in my documents but I already had sent them in, so I just waited for the hooyu request came. I said okay, and one day later, November 8, 2018, I received the request and sent in my info via Hooyu. I also recent my documents because, chat was saying they didn’t get them, then said I was missing my Authorization form when I sent it and could see it listed but for some reason it was showing a google drive link to it, so I resubmitted that form as well. I then emailed my banking info but decided I wanted to do bitcoin instead so I submitted that banking information. The next day on November 9, 2018, when I checked my Planet 7 account, my funds are bank in my account and my Account history is showing declined, so I got to chat ask what’s going on. I get the you need to send the documents because mine are update. I told the chat rep. I sent them already and did the hooyu thing and that I sent payment for bitcoin withdrawal. I gave them a reference number and they check and said it just waited to be approved by documents department and that I needed a secon form of ID for bitcoin as in passport, which I did not own, so I re-requested my withdrawal for Bankwire instead of bitcoin minus $100, which brings me to $2006.52. I tried one last time for extra bringing my balance from $2106.52 to $2006,52 but it didn’t work. I then wait 2 more days and on Nov 11th, get declined withdrawal again, so I contact chat again and get asked about the documents again and told them you have them and it was supposed to be escalated and had to have them go through my reference number after them repeatedly putting documents instructions in the chat. Then, they said it wasn’t updated yet in the system and to escalate it again. 1 day passes and I login on Planet 7 casino and low and behold the funds are back. I bypass chat this time and leave the funds in the account 1 day. The next just re-request withdrawal after I talk to chat this time, 2 more days of waiting it’s November 13, 2018 now same thing, 3 days go bay. It’s still pending withdrawal in account, I get an email from the payments department, that they cannot update my payment information because my documents aren’t up to date. I reply to the email, then later in the evening I get another email but from the documents department that says my account has been reviewed and that my documents are completed. I’m happy and shocked because now I have to chase payment department to get that updated and I still have not been approved for withdrawal yet. I though it would be quicker this time around since my last withdrawal a little over a year or so ago as a VIP player, which I have become again but lower level it seems since I don’t have a host this time. So still waiting withdrawal of $2006.52
