Delayed $1,200 wire withdrawal
On 5th of Feb I made a wire transfer withdrawal of $1200. After a lengthy delay in approval of my documents I was then able to withdraw however there are no instructions whatsoever in the next steps. I had to engage live chat on more 10 occasions to finally be told to email my bank details. When I sent the email I got a reply “which casino “? Then finally on 14th of feb the withdrawal was moved from pending to approved. I then engaged live chat for the twentieth time only to be told I had to wait 7 days for this to be sent to the processor. Well it s been 11 days now and still not in my bank. I’m really angry at these poor excuse for a casino.
