Delayed / Stalled Payment
Submitted withdrawal on June 20th. I waited a couple weeks for the withdrawal to be processed. They removed the bonus and came up with a total payout of $395. The withdrawal was processed and could not be wired to my bank due to international wire transfer restrictions.
I opened an account that does honor international wire transfers and sent Planet 7 Support the banking information on July 18th 2019.
They confirmed receiving the wire info and would initiate payment. As of July 27th 2019 the casino confirmed payment to their processor was made.
A week passed and I had not received a wire transfer. I contacted thie suuport and payment departments. They told me they could not provide transaction details.
I have been going back and forth with their support for 4 weeks now with them continually pushing back on me to send them bank statements. I sent them my bank transactions through August 14th showing no wire transfer from their processor.
I am still waiting, contacting them everyday with the same run around.
They just keep telling me its been paid and there is no proof to verify that.
I understand processing time may be a few weeks due to restrictions but 2 months? Plus, why can't they provided proof backing up what they keep telling me?
