6 days ago I had sent in all of the information needed to process my withdrawals (2 for $2,500 each). I do know that there will be a little bit taken from one of the 2 since I did use a bonus. A computer generated email was sent saying to expect a confirmation email to be sent within 5 days and that my documentation email was given the reference number 3433203. I emailed them again asking if there was a reference number that I could have for my 2 deposits. No response from them as of yet.
Also I did have a withdraw for $200 a month or so back, but for some reason it was credited back to my casino balance. Honestly I am not too worried about that one since I played it back to get an even better win, they seemed to respond quickly to that one... yet this time with my bigger withdraws they arent on it and I'm worried it's going to end up just like the other complaints on here hsve said. Hopefully this complaint will be handled soon so planet 7 can get back on top of their game. This money will be going towards buying a home for my children so I would love to actually receive it.
