6 days ago I had sent in all of the information needed to process my withdrawals (2 for $2,500 each). I do know that there will be a little bit taken from one of the 2 since I did use a bonus. A computer generated email was sent saying to expect a confirmation email to be sent within 5 days and that my documentation email was given the reference number 3433203. I emailed them again asking if there was a reference number that I could have for my 2 deposits. No response from them as of yet.

Also I did have a withdraw for $200 a month or so back, but for some reason it was credited back to my casino balance. Honestly I am not too worried about that one since I played it back to get an even better win, they seemed to respond quickly to that one... yet this time with my bigger withdraws they arent on it and I'm worried it's going to end up just like the other complaints on here hsve said. Hopefully this complaint will be handled soon so planet 7 can get back on top of their game. This money will be going towards buying a home for my children so I would love to actually receive it.

Talked with online support yesterday and "Rueben" stated 7 business days for things to be processed, not 5 business days like the email had stated. Withdraw is still pending.

Really planet 7??? I'm a good customer... and paperwork was filled out properly. Now my withdraw again is put back into my casino balance??

Ok so I just talked with Tony at planet 7. Since my documentation was being reviewed at the same time as my withdraws, this is why my withdraws did not go through. My documentation was approved on the 19th and my withdraws where being finalized on the 20th. Now that my documents are approved, this time my withdraws should go through without a hitch. I'm really hoping for my withdraws to be sent. Fingers crossed!

I'm very sorry for the frustration you've been experiencing with this.

I've checked on your account and it appears your funds are sitting on your account--you'll need to request the withdrawals again.

Also, I see there are multiple chargebacks issued, so the amounts of those will be removed from your total withdrawal requests.

I'll watch your account for your withdrawal requests...
