Delayed processing for payment
Hi, hope everyone had a wonderful holiday break, and a great new year.
I cashed out a total of $3500 on 11/1721, I cashed out $2,000 and 12/14/21, I cashed out $1500. Both are still pending approval.
I’ve contacted reps through live chat and then escalated. Unfortunately, I have to submit a complaint.
I’m usually pretty patient, I usually give well more than a month to try to get it resolved before filing a complaint, I guess it actually has been longer than a month and a half for the first one.
But I play very very very frequently, and spend a lot of money, just would like to receive my payments in the allotted time frame they set out.
