Delayed payout since April 2021


I had several withdrawal requests that were denied because I was told I needed to re-verify my identity. I have been back and forth with various team members for since April 2021 to get re-verified for payout.

Every different team member I speak to tells me I need to do something different. It starts with I need to submit forms again, to a HooYu verification, to the most recent that I only needed to update my ID. I have taken all these steps and still waiting for some clear direction on what I need to do.

I recently tried to submit another withdrawal request and was not able to. Customer service has ONCE AGAIN said I need to submit all the verification forms.
