Delayed payout and no clear answer to why
A month ago I requested a $600 withdrawal. On 6/27/19 a Planet7 CSR said that he sent a request to escalate my request. He never did tell me if my withdrawal was even accepted yet or not. He only would tell me that the withdrawal "will get the needed attention it deserve." Then the CSR tonight would not tell me much either except that "The cashout has been escalated for you Finance team is working on your account." I cannot seem to get any clear answers from anyone. Please help me out with this. Thanks!
