Delayed payments approval and processing

i have several withdraw requests that have not been approved way past the casino timeframe
#1291004718:46 PM 05/08/2020 Wire Transfer
-525 $Cancel Withdrawal
#1297756719:13 PM 19/08/2020 Wire Transfer
-400 $Cancel Withdrawal
and i have one that was approved 8/21 for $462 and so called payed on 8/26 the say but i have not seen that in my account yet.
i have contacted and spoke with sevral reps over the weeks about the one that was approved and the first one that is late . and i dont get a positive response it usaully is the the first one has been escalated several times but it still not approved ,and the one that is approved i still have not received.
what is going on? can you help me tawni i have given the live chat reps plenty of time to solve my problem but to no avail ,so now i come to you since you have been the only way to get my problems solved in the past
