Delayed payment, twice in a row

January 27 submitted request for $450 wire transfer. As of submitting this new complaint, it still has not been reviewed. Jan 29 get email to complete the HooYu ID, so I emailed support asking if I had to complete the verification again, as I recently was approved for a payout. I was told no, in regard to verification process. Numerous emails we received but no action taken on behalf of Planet 7.

The last email response said to check today, obviously there was no resolve, so I then did a live chat asking for an update. Was advised to check back tomorrow. I am new to this casino, had the same issue last month waiting for a mere $216. Guess I wont be so quick to deposit when it takes way too much effort for a simple payout.

I've received your tracking and I see your check was delivered to you, yesterday.

Regarding clearing of checks, there is no reason this should not clear. Please remember that some banks will place a hold on funds--we have no control over this.

My account with Planet 7 shows a payment or withdrawal of my monies made Feb 18th in the amount of $275

The first check I received from Planet 7 last month still has not cleared after 3 weeks

I apologize for the difficulties you've been having with this.

You'll be pleased to know that your payment was sent to our processor, yesterday: 2/19 Paid $275 + no Service Fee for transaction #169285375. I would expect to see tracking for this towards the end of next week.

Regarding the shortfall from your requested amount, this is because you received a bonus. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.

Once I receive your tracking, I'll be sure to come back with an update.
