Delayed payment, twice in a row
January 27 submitted request for $450 wire transfer. As of submitting this new complaint, it still has not been reviewed. Jan 29 get email to complete the HooYu ID, so I emailed support asking if I had to complete the verification again, as I recently was approved for a payout. I was told no, in regard to verification process. Numerous emails we received but no action taken on behalf of Planet 7.
The last email response said to check today, obviously there was no resolve, so I then did a live chat asking for an update. Was advised to check back tomorrow. I am new to this casino, had the same issue last month waiting for a mere $216. Guess I wont be so quick to deposit when it takes way too much effort for a simple payout.
