Delayed payment still not sent


I requested my winnings on December 13, 2019 in the amounts of $200 and $875 and on December 20, 2019 in the amount of $403 and I have not recieved my funds yet and it has been a month. I sent my banking information to Planet7 Casino and they informed me that they do not wire funds to the banks that I bank with. I responded to Planet 7 Casino via email and chat on multiple occassions requesting that they send my winnings via check by mail to my home address instead. Planet 7 casino has not responded to my emails since I asked them to mail my winnings nor have they sent my winnings.

I received a payment in the amount of $1358 and a printout of my withdrawal history; they don't match, but I will consider this issue resolved.

Please let us know if there's an update regarding your ongoing complaint.
