Delayed payment since early June


I had a check withdrawal approval on June 13th for $1000. Which I had to complain about the withdrawal approval taking longer then the 7-10 business days they state it will. I have continuously contacted planet 7 and been told it's in the finance department. It's almost August now. I contacted them again, no answer. I contacted them again on the 22nd. And still no reply.

I have updated your account with your ID, so we're good with that.

A new note was added by our Documents Department stating we are still missing a current utility bill in your name, along with the signed authorization form and copies of your credit card ending #7311.

Can you please send these bits to me as soon as possible?
