Delayed Payment Request
I requested a $2500 payout on 4/9/20 that was later denied. I contacted live help and spoke to Denny <last name removed> who informed me that my request was denied due to incomplete payment information. This was odd considering that it was a check withdrawal request and that it was not my first withdrawal with P7. Denny advised me to email P7 some additional banking information and to re-request my withdrawal in the cashier. Requested payout on 4/24 my payout was re-requested and approved for $2290 on 5/1/20. I have not heard anything from P7 nor have I received a tracking number. I contacted live support a couple times now, but nobody seems to be able to give me any information as to when my physical check will me sent out. Can somebody kindly look into this for me?
