Delayed payment Planet 7
I have been a VIP player at Planet7 Casino for a couple of years at least. I have had several withdrawals from them before, wire transfers into my bank account. On March 27, 2021 I had a successful play and placed a withdrawal for $2000. Since then I have not been paid as they have repeatedly asked for the same wiring information over and over. For the identical bank account as before. And also needed all of my ID, utility bills, etc again. I have sent them my detailed wiring information many times in the last few months, including six times just since June 9, 2021. I sent this wiring information to the email address I was told to send it to by chat representatives. I have received no acknowledgment or response from them. (Which I specifically asked for a response and for them to be specific about what wiring information is missing, this kind of sensitive banking information should be acknowledged).
Previously in April and May 2021, I also had contact with <full name removed> -VIP concierge. I sent him all of the verification information needed. He said he would look after getting me paid, but has since stopped responding.
I have a lot of chat conversations, screenshots, and emails regarding any correspondence I’ve had with them. I’ve attached some. But I doubt you want or need to read it all. Please let me know if you are missing anything needed. Your help is so much appreciated. You helped me years ago to get a payment from a different casino. Thank you
