I deposited. Used deposit bonus & satisfied playthru & bonus was removed prior to withdrawal. No max cash out.
Long time on & off player. All verifications are up to date.
Received 1 email 10/29/22 congratulating me on my win.
Sent "3" inquiry emails all have gone unanswered.
Tried numerous times by phoning the number listed as contact in email. Number is continuously busy. (busy tone).
The above was subsequent to my initial contact via live chat. It was then that I was 1st told, there was no withdrawal request. Quickly, I changed to asking for wire instructions.
They are finally promising to personally follow-up.
If I can send in pics, I was hoping to include withdrawal request & live chat transcript. Most likely too much pi.
