Delayed payment of $2,500, tired of waiting


I submitted a withdrawal on 07/09/2021 for $2500.00. I submitted all required documentation immediately with no acknowledgement thus far. I received an email with a case number yet still says processing in cashier center. Please Help! Planet 7 has no problem taking my money immediately, I want the same urgency from them when its my turn to get paid.
