Delayed payment of 2500 at Planet 7

I've been attempting to withdraw my winnings from Planet7 for about two weeks. The chat support is giving me the runaround and asking for the same documents I have already given them each day. I was finally told congratulations I've finished documents after doing this about 4 days in a row. But my withdrawal is still sitting in pending and hasn't been processed. I attached any relevant screenshots.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Planet 7 Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

I apologize for the frustration you've been having with this...and unfortunately, I doubt you'll be happy with my news. :-(

I've gone through your account and it appears that there were three coupons redeemed, creating mixing of funds. This goes against our terms and conditions:

13. While mixing deposits and a free bonus is not allowed, we are aware that this may happen from time to time. If, for whatever reason, you make a deposit while using a No Deposit Bonus (e.g. Free Chip, Free Spins offer, etc.), the wagering requirements and maximum allowed cash-out of the no deposit bonus will still apply.

9. Redeeming Multiple Promotions: You may not mix or combine promotions or bonuses. If multiple bonuses are mixed, your casino winnings may be removed at the time of withdrawal. Please be sure to use only one bonus at a time. Unless otherwise indicated by the Casino, you cannot redeem additional coupons if you have a withdrawal pending or if you have an existing balance.

On 8/13, you redeemed a coupon (SEAPOWER200) and made a Bitcoin deposit in the amount of $55. The coupon gave you a 200% bonus. Less than an hour later, while you still had funds in your playing account, you redeemed a $30 Weekly Cashback. This was the first point of mixing funds.

Shortly after, you built your balance up to $3459 and requested a $2000 withdrawal, but canceled it 8 minutes later. You then requested a withdrawal in the amount of $2500, leaving a balance of more than $950 in your account.

Later that same day, you redeemed a coupon for 14 free spins--this is considered a free chip, so this would be mixing funds, once again.

As a result, your winnings have been voided in accordance with our terms and conditions. Your initial deposit of $55 has been returned to your playing account for you to play.

I've sent the necessary evidence to AskGamblers management as proof that what I've stated is accurate.
