Delayed payment has been over a month
Withdrew $1500 on the 1st December 2019. Approved on the 4th December. No communication until i contact them via chat and i have - been told t has been paid and to wait a few days for transfer (LIE), been told that i have not given bank details and wait a few days (provided 1st time this claim), been told that my ID had "expired" and wait a few days (provided 1st time this claim), told again that my bank details werent recorded (provided 2nd time this claim) and wait a few days, been told that my ID was incomplete (provided 2nd time this claim) and she confirmed my email and told me to wait 5 days. Today i have asked again (because there is zero communication with this company) and have been told that my ID is missing and to submit again (four times because apparently each email was missing something too) and wait 5 days. - ridiculous! Dodgy to say the least! Every time I contact them (as they do not communicate at all) i get another excuse or another story about how my documents and/or bank details are missing and that the document department ave to verify and it will take another 5 days! Not a very good way to get people returning!
