Delayed payment from Planet 7 casino

Hi I have a total of four withdrawls awaiting processing since 2-17-21. It's been 6 months. I have received two checks of 2500 apiece but since june payments have stopped. At least 5 chats had gone by before I was ever told what the hold up was. They just kept saying it's been escalated. Then later to tell me that my id expires in 3 months so that I had to resubmit it. Did that and got an email reply that it had been accepted and verified. Few more chats go by I'm told again it's being escalated and that it would be taken care of. Then it pops up on the site that my id is still not valid and it took me through another verification process and basically had to redo everything I had already done 6 months ago. That has been done now for about 2 weeks and still nothing. On my 12th chat about this third payment and it's just still sitting in there with nothing happening. I was assured by the chat that all my info was verified and updated and that payment will be processed. Nothing as of yet. I won $14,500 and have received two payments of $2500 minus processing fees. It says in their terms and conditions payments process every 7 days and that just has not been my experience. Monthly is a little more likely and that's only if you're constantly on chat asking about it. Sucks because I enjoyed playing at the casino. But six months is just a little bit too long to still be waiting on all these payments. I just want a payment processed and am unsure of what else to do. You cant call them. Emails go unanswered. No managers or supervisors to ask for and chat just tells you the same thing over and over. Please help resolve this issue
