Delayed payment for my withdrawals

Been a member 3 years. Even Been VIP status a few times. Won a few times back then, but the payment process was very slow. I did eventually end up getting my payment a month later but then I kind of stopped using them for a bit because they were slow.

Decided to give it another chance and I was depositing with them for a few weeks and then I hit for 13K,800. I knew exactly what I had to do with the bonus I did with a 30x Playthrough, NoMax Cashout and even playing it safe I chose not to bet too high. I did everything I was supposed to. They said I need updated documents. I uploaded all my documents, my new payout details, everything & I have screenshots and email transcripts of them saying everything is on file. 14 days ago. I’ve been waiting over a month to get my first $2500 withdrawal through.

I reach out to them 2 times a week to see what the delay is. Every time I’m told they are escalating my request and the payouts will be processed to the finance department.

I saw another post in one of these forums relating to my situation, 10 days ago. I am currently owed $13k, four of the withdrawal requests were made on 2/3/22 totaling 9600ish, the other two haven’t been made yet.

I still have a 4K balance. I just want them to pay these withdrawals. I’m tired of being given the runaround with these guys again. And just want the money I am owed. I’m considered a advanced skilled member on their site but I’m not valued like one
