Delayed payment extreme run around
I have been attempting to collect $15,000 in winnings for three months now. First a major run around to verify documents. When I finally was approved I attempted to contact VIP support to proceed with payment. I was told my status had been changed to Master/Expert??? This was laughable as I have done nothing but lose thousands of dollars to Ace Revenue. I was told I would have to proceed through live chat only. Interestingly my password no longer worked and I could not log in. It took me 3 weeks to straighten that out and I was told that they did not have a tech support department? Finally someone at VIP helped me get back on. It has been nothing but hassles and delays. I have only received 2 1/2 payments and I am still owed $8500 but I keep getting the run around and auto response from live chat. I really hope this can be resolved in a timely manner.
