Delayed Payment due to Bank Statement
Hello,
I submitted a withdrawal request on April 18, 2023 for $1500.00. After a week the request was denied and the money was put back into my casino account. The reason I was told it was denied was I didn't supply bank statements. However I was never asked to supply bank statements. I never received an email requesting any bank statements, and when I submitted the withdrawal request I submitted what was requested.
After chatting with a very helpful representative, on April 25, 2023, I resubmitted a withdrawal request in the amount of $1450.00. I left $50.00 in account to gamble with. I provided all the same information that I provided in my original request and I included my bank statements.
This morning, May 2, 2023, I contacted chat to check the status of my withdrawal request. This time I was told it was on hold because my bank account is in the negative. My most recent bank statement shows a balance of $113.00 in the positive. My bank account is not in the negative. The chat representative told me to submit my most recent bank statement showing my account balance. Even though I have already submitted this information, I once again sent a copy of my most recent bank statement to show that my account is not negative. I have attached a copy of everything I have sent to the planet 7 documents department. Thank you for your assistance.
