Delayed Payment & Delayed Approval

Hello. I’d like to start off by saying that II understand that my delay is not as significant as some of the other complaints that I have seen, but it still my issue and it concerns me. On May 23 and May 24 I requested a withdrawl on each day in the amount of $2500 each. I was told according to the policies and procedures it would take 7 to 10 days to be approved, and then 7 to 10 business days to be sent to the payment processor. Once it left and went to the payment processor they would have no control. As it had to go through a third-party because of the US. I immediately submitted all of my documents, including doing the online verification , With my ID and utility bill. I followed up within a day or two to verify that everything had been received it was accurate, which I was told it was. I submitted my bank wire information, as requested and was told that upon approval it would take 7 to 10 business days. I am OK with that. The customer service I received was excellent, and informative, supportive, and friendly. I had no problem getting a return call or response. At this time. On June 6, my first withdrawal was approved, and I went to inquire about my second withdrawal. I was told it would be approved by the following Friday.

I am mediately re-requested the $2500 and contact the customer service. Once again they were polite and supportive and said they understood the situation and they would expedite it to approval considering it was Initially requested on the 24th. At that time I was also told that my payment would be sent to the processor no later than June 19. If I did not receive it by June 19 I was to contact them, and they would help figure it out. I spoke mostly via phone and email with customer support and a gentleman namedKenny. Kenny even asked me to send him a copy of my wire information to ensure that it was accurate. Very helpful and supportive, and I felt very comfortable that everything was on the way.

As the date grows closer to June 19, I hit some road bumps. First the second and with drawl was never approved and II asked about it after that Friday it was promised, twice I was assured it be expedited and then every time since then I’ve been told they will only approve it after the first one is paid. But I see other people have approved with drawls more than one at a time.

The next road bump was that my account was a joint account and I needed consent from my husband, I totally understand that I have no issue with that. My husband wrote a letter of consent, we sent that along with his ID and all his information. I was insured again that everything was fine and that was in the 7 to 10 business days business days and if the wire would still be sent out on the 19th.

Next I got an email saying my bank wasn’t supported for international wires, not really sure what happen with that as My bank said they did support international wires. But that’s OK I had an additional bank it was a solo account so I changed all my wire information. It’s just a bank I do I rarely use so I was trying to keep it with a local bank. But that was no big deal and easy to do. Once that was complete I got an email saying that my drivers license had of my middle initial in my bank account did not. I explained. i’ve verified my full name on my Planet 7 account, explain my middle initial was on my drivers license, and that my bank did not require my middle name or initial when I open the account. However the first name birthdate social security number, everything matched up. Once again I was insured it was in the 7 to 10 business days, and since I’ve verified everything there was no issues it would be sent June 19. And if it was not to please contact them. About this point I start getting a little skeptical And concerned that what’s being told to me was not legit. It felt like they were finding excuses to not send a payment to the processor. But at point everyone it’s still been helpful, assuring, and answering my calls and emails so I had no reason to doubt what they were saying.
Starting on Monday I believe I was following up to ensure that my license information was verified, and that all the paperwork was still accurate since they had requested things multiple times, and I have no longer been able to get a return email or a return phone call after numerous attempts. That feels like avoidance in my opinion, and that sends up huge red flags.
I’ve chatted via chat numerous times, and I feel like I’m getting standard answer is. Please be patient, there’s a delay because the number of with drawl request, we have no idea how long soon soon soon. But the information is very vague, and as I mentioned nobody will call me back or email me.
I understand it’s not a long delay since the promised time, and I’m OK with being patient but I’m not OK with being avoided, or the feeling of being the seeded, or at least just give me an honest timeframe. And honest answer. If they had initially said it would take xAmount of time, I would be OK with that. It’s the fact that I was told a certain time frame, and then told him if it doesn’t happen by then to contact them. And not told there was a delay until I reached out, and also that I only can now chat with somebody who give vague information.
